Renovated Property with Underfloor Heating – High Efficiency Heating Solution

This 190 m² renovated property was designed with a full underfloor heating system across both floors, enabling it to operate at low flow temperatures and achieve excellent energy efficiency.

The system delivers consistent and reliable heating, maintaining a comfortable indoor environment even during extreme weather conditions. During periods of temperatures as low as -10°C, the heat pump’s built-in booster heater ensured uninterrupted warmth throughout the property.

To maximise efficiency, low-loss underground pipework was installed, allowing heat to be transferred effectively into the building with minimal energy loss.

Having previously relied on oil heating, the owners have seen significant reductions in running costs and have been highly impressed with both the performance and savings delivered by the system.

This project demonstrates how underfloor heating combined with heat pump technology can provide an efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solution for modernised residential properties.
