New Build Development

As part of the development of 12 luxury new-build homes, the developer sought a future-proof, energy-efficient heating solution that would appeal to buyers while reducing long-term running costs and environmental impact.

Global Energy Systems installed a Caernarfon air source heat pump in each property, providing heating via underfloor heating alongside full domestic hot water supply. The systems were designed to deliver efficient, low-carbon performance across all homes, with running costs significantly lower than traditional alternatives such as oil.

In addition, Global Energy Systems continues to support the development through its Eco Watch remote monitoring service, allowing real-time access to each system. This enables proactive management, performance optimisation, and rapid response should any adjustments be required.

This project demonstrates how renewable heating technology can enhance the value, efficiency and sustainability of modern residential developments.
