Blenheim Cottages – Renewable Heating Upgrade

During the renovation of two cottages, the owners chose to install a renewable heating solution to improve energy efficiency and reduce long-term running costs.

Global Energy Systems installed a 10kW Thurso air source heat pump in each property, providing independent, efficient heating for both cottages.

The systems deliver reliable, low-carbon performance, with estimated annual savings of £1,732 per cottage compared to previous heating costs.

This project highlights how air source heat pumps can provide a cost-effective and sustainable solution for residential renovation projects.
