The Filternator is a patent-pending, high-performance stainless steel hydronic filter engineered for long-lasting protection of heating systems. Designed for durability and high flow applications, it effectively removes sludge and debris without restricting flow, even at elevated flow rates.

This magnetic dirt separator features a stainless steel mesh screen and an integrated magnetic rod to capture both magnetic and non-magnetic particulates. It’s especially suited for air source heat pumps, where maintaining a strong, unrestricted flow is essential to ensure system efficiency and protect the heat exchanger from fouling.

Routine maintenance is fast and easy: simply remove the top cover and filter screen for full cleaning access or detach the magnetic rod independently to flush metallic sludge via the built-in drain valve. No system shutdown required.

Designed for quick and flexible installation, the Filternator can be mounted inline or horizontally, and is compatible with horizontal and vertical pipework. It works seamlessly with a variety of systems including air and ground source heat pumps, gas, oil, and propane (LPG) boilers.
