Global Energy Systems provided a complete heating solution for this self-build cottage, delivering underfloor heating and radiators throughout the property, along with full domestic hot water supply.

The system was designed to ensure high levels of comfort and efficiency, combining modern renewable technology with flexible heat distribution across the home.

Compared to oil heating, the installation is expected to achieve annual savings of £1,110. In addition, the homeowners qualified for the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) at the time of installation, receiving government-backed payments based on the property’s EPC demand.
